Can I request an item I don't see or make a custom order?

Looking for something you don't see listed? We have access to thousands of kosher products so feel free to reach out and see if we can source your favorite treats!

What's the turn around time once I place an order?

  • We will post on the WhatsApp Group when we are planning to place an order with the supplier together with a cutoff date/time for orders to be placed.
  • Once the pallet is received we will sort through everything received, record the weights where applicable and assign the products to the customers that ordered them.
  • Your items will then go out for delivery directly to you if you live in the 32174 zip code or you will be notified that your items are ready for pickup.

General Questions

What's the difference between wholesale and retail case?

Wholesale products will come packaged and sealed in larger quantities, and will not include retail details as they are not intended for retail sales. For example, Ground Beef will include 5 vacuum sealed bags containing about 10lbs in each.

A retail case of products will come in individual retail packaging, for example sliced retail salami packages (20x4oz), or Hot Dog packages (12x12oz).

How do I place an order?

Shop online and add your meat to your cart! You can select retail or wholesale cases and from multiple variations of meat.

How do I get my order?

If you are in the 32174 zip code, you can select delivery at checkout for just $10. If you live outside of this area you can pick up your order. Currently shipping is not available.

Do I need to purchase the whole case?

Yes, items need to be purchased by the case for us to offer these prices. Individual items are not available for purchase. Consider splitting a case with a friend or two if the case is more than you need!

Are there any delivery options if I live outside of the 32174 zip code?

Currently we only have flat rate delivery within the 32174 zip code and pickup is suggested if you live outside of that. But please feel free to reach out and see if we can work something out to accommodate you if picking up your order will be difficult.

How will I know when my order is going to be delivered?

Please include a phone number with your order so you can be contacted with an estimated delivery time. You can also join our Whatsapp group to get updates about truck arrivals, order delivery and pickup times.

What if I won't be home to take the delivery?

Please provide a phone number with your order so we can contact you if you are not home. You can also allow us to leave the delivery in a shady area or your garage. Frozen goods can be left out of the freezer for a couple hours with no negative side effects. However we will not be responsible for any food that goes bad after being left out for too long after being instructed to do so.
